During 2007 & 2008, Keane Musty functioned as a full service design agency for developers (and public agencies) wishing to engage in highly sophisticated and complex urban infill & redevelopment projects. The service combined the talents of CharretteCenter in Minneapolis

and Keane & Co in Charleston, SC.

In 2008, the Congress for the New Urbanism gave a 2008 Charter Award to Mixson, designed by Keane & Co in collaboration with CharretteCenter. Peter was responsible for the master plan design. The project is in construction.
