Peter is an expert in the planning, design & visualization of new towns, suburban infill & downtown redevelopment projects. Since classical training at Notre Dame, Peter has spent his career developing extensive skills in traditional, contextual and historically sensitive master plans, urban design, form-based design guidelines and building design for private and municipal clients.
Peter works from his home office in South Minneapolis, and bases collaborative projects at his small studio space in St Paul.
Peter has designed several master plans in the US, and assisted on many others. He also has worked extensively as project designer on several block and building scale projects in the midwest.
With his various associates, Peter has led and/or staffed design teams in 40+ formal (4-7 day) urban design charrettes.
